We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy lasts 21 days from the date your package arrives.

How to Return (Standard Returns)

Follow these steps to return an item for a refund or replacement:

We'll review your request and provide the correct return address for your location

Ship Within 7 Days

Pack the item securely and ship to the provided address within 7 days (or request will be voided)

Receive Refund or Replacement

After inspection (2-3 business days), we'll process your refund (5-7 days) or ship your replacement

⚠️ Important: Do NOT send returns to the manufacturer or any "From" address on the package. Always wait for our return address confirmation.

How to Report Defective Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item due to our error:

Once verified, we'll ship a replacement at no cost - no need to return the defective item

Has not been washed or dried

Tags Attached

All original tags still attached

Clean & Odor-Free

No smoke or body odors

No Hair

Free from pet or human hair

Original Packaging

In original packaging

No Damage

No stains or damage

Refunds & Shipping Costs

Standard Returns

  • You receive a 100% refund of your product cost
  • Shipping Fee Refund: Only Standard Shipping fees are refunded. Ground and Fast Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for paying return shipping to the carrier

Example 1 (Standard Shipping): Order total $54.97 ($50 product + $4.97 Standard shipping) → Refund: $54.97
Example 2 (Ground/Fast Shipping): Order total $59.99 ($50 product + $9.99 Ground shipping) → Refund: $50.00 (shipping fee not refunded)

You pay return shipping separately to your carrier in both cases.

Defective/Incorrect Items

  • Free replacement shipped after photo verification
  • No shipping costs - completely free for you
  • No return required - keep the defective item

Processing Times

Refund Timeline:

  1. We inspect your return: 2-3 business days
  2. Email notification of approval/rejection
  3. Refund processed: 5-7 business days
  4. Appears in your account: +3-5 business days (bank processing)

Replacement Timeline:

Shipped within 2-3 business days after receiving and inspecting your return (or immediately after photo verification for defective items)

Late refund? First check your bank account, then contact your credit card company and bank. If still missing after 10+ business days, email us at support@abc.com

Exchanges (Size/Color)

Want a different size or color? We'll exchange it for you:

Non-Returnable Items & Rejected Returns

Cannot be returned:

Worn, washed, or used items
Items without tags
Customer-damaged items
Items with odors or hair
After 21-day window
Without authorization
Final sale items
Gift cards
Personalized items

If Your Return is Rejected:

  • We'll email you with photos explaining why
  • You have 7 days to respond
  • Option 1: Have it returned to you (you pay return shipping)
  • Option 2: Forfeit the item (no refund)
